Project: ESP maintenance
Project
ESP maintenance
For a client in the WTE sector with 7 incineration lines, each equipped with 2 ESP’s, we provide scheduled and ad-hoc maintenance on the ESP’s to keep them in operation. Over the past few years, we have already completely overhauled and improved the ESP’s on 3 combustion lines to reach higher reliability figures and the fourth revamp is planned. During a complete revamp of an ESP all internals as collecting electrodes (NE) and discharge electrodes (SE), cleaning system, roofing and transformers are replaced and optimized for a long and reliable service life combined with a high filtration performance and minimizing cost of ownership.
