Bag house revamp

Due to extreme wear of the filter base plates and cleaning system, despite the applied glass flake coating, there were continuous dust emissions and the installation could no longer be operated reliably. In the shutdown all carbon steel filter base plates and cleaning system were fully replaced with Duplex plates and 1.4462 cleaning system and fully welded, after which the coating was reapplied to all transitions between steel and duplex.

Revamp scope The filter plates and cleaning system have been replaced with Duplex material 1.4462. The existing steel housing has been protected with C glass flakes coating. All the filter bags and cages have been replaced.
